Tracy Shand has lived in Maryland for over 30 years and is familiar with the DMV area. Tracy began her career as a cosmetologist. She ran her own business for many years during which she found and leased properties for her own business. When she became a Realtor, she brought her exceptional business practices, negotiation skills, attention to details, and customer service to help clients navigate the housing market.

Tracy has a bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore and an associate degree from Montgomery College where she also studied business management and entrepreneurship. She obtained an award from the Maryland General Assembly for her work in the community.
